Version 7 of the product has been released recently, adding support for the latest Windows operating systems (8 and 8.1) as well as Internet Explorer 11. IObit tries to achieve the exact same goal with Advanced SystemCare Ultimate, by balancing system optimization tools with an antivirus module that should keep malware at bay.
